The meeting, held at the Rec Center, Totem Street, Ulster, PA, was called to order at 7:15 PM- present Kim Babcock, Chris Kinner, Paul Bennett and Carolyn Knapp no quorum present we had a guest David Snyder from Gannon Insurance. He came to speak to us about our insurance policy.

Summary of Insurance Information:
There was much discussion regarding Insurance for the Rec Center
Replacement Cost: Currently $77,500 Actual to replace $417,000
Highest Millville will go is $250,000, $250 deductible , $1,040 per year
For $200,000, $250 deductible it would be $881 per year
We are currently paying $497 per year
To sell food products in the Rec center it is recommended that we purchase product insurance for an additional $25 per year.
Millville will not go any higher on the liability we are currently insured for which is $100,000 calendar cap
We discussed the possibility of purchasing Director and Officer Insurance for an additional $750 per year
These are all items we discussed to be decided upon at the next meeting.
OLD BUSINESS:
Babcock/Kinner motion to accept the 4/23/12 Board Meeing minutes with one correction. Under attending: change Brian Kinner, to Brian Moyer.
The minutes of the Annual Meeting were reviewed and found acceptable
A Bennett/Moyer motion passed to affirm the Cup Award presented to Robin Warner at the Annual Meeting.
NEW BUSINESS:Babcock/Trasco motion to approve a $270 expenditure for a dumpster for the Clean Up Day
Babcock/ Moyer motion passed to pre-approve a maximum of $700 for supplies to reinforce the structure of basement
