BOARD MEMBERS ATTENDING: Paul Bennett, Chris Kinner, Leigh Trasco, Michelle Harnish, Kim Babcock.
Board members absent: Bob Lee, Bryan Moyer, Carolyn Knapp and Nicole Kinney.

The meeting was called to order at 8:15 p.m. by Paul Bennett, President.

OLD BUSINESS:

Babcock/Kinner motion passed to accept the October 17, 2011 Board Meeting minutes as presented.

NEW BUSINESS:

Kinner/Harnish motion passed to purchase a sidewalk sign in an amount not to exceed $200.

Babcock/Trasco motion passed to require verification by a third party of purchases to verify items purchased and reimbursed are in fact being used at the Rec Center.

MAINTENANCE ISSUES:

The board continues to discuss maintenance issues including the roof, furnace and air quality issues.

ACTIVITIES:

The date for the Christmas party has been set for Friday, December 16, 2011.
