Minutes: A Hewitt/Pruyne motion was passed to accept May 19, 2009 minutes and April 29, 2009 regular board meeting minutes.

Unfinished Business:
· The Board reviewed the Biennial Meeting Minutes and the budget.
· The Board discussed filling vacancies in the Board of Directors.

New Business: The Board discussed hosting another Concert in the Park in August, and the possibilities of funding, or asking a volunteer band to service the community. The Board also discussed hosting a summer program for the community children.

Next Meeting: A Cook/Pruyne motion was passed for the next Recreational Center Board meeting to be held October 20, 2009.
