Attending: Laura Blain, Melissa Cobb-Grzella, Sandie Benjamin, Pastor Rick Stackhouse, Shari Whipple; Board Members Absent: Cathy Cook, Tammy Vanderpool and RoseMarie Grzincic. Also present: Jeff Harford

The meeting was called to order at 7:30 PM.

Minutes:   A Melissa Cobb-Grzella/Pastor Rick Stackhouse motion was passed to accept the minutes for December 9, 2003.

Treasurer's Report:   In Tammy's absence, the Treasurer's Report was given by Shari Whipple for the month ending December, 2003. Previous reported balance was $6,213.53, expenses paid were $511.70, income was $385.84, available balance of $6,087.67.
   The supplies were picked up from Libby King, however there was no Audit Report there. Laura and Tammy need to meet with the auditors so that they can do a report to the present date at the April meeting.

Previous/Unfinished Business:  

Skating Music:   A back-up plan was discussed.

Basement Key:   Sandie and her husband, David, will place a nail by the attic door for placement of the basement key. Laura gave Sandie her basement key for this purpose.

Fire Escape Plan:   Pastor Stackhouse contacted two churches about using them in a fire escape plan, however neither church responded. Sandie will check with the Sheshequin-Ulster Elementary School to see if they would allow us to use that building.

Maintenance:   Pastor Stackhouse will find out from Andy Bishop what maintenance is needed on a regular basis.

Trash Bin:   Sandie and David Benjamin purchased two trash cans. Jeff will find out if the Boy Scouts will build a crib for the garbage cans as part of their service project.

New Business:  

Audit List:   Tammy, Laura and Sandie will meet and prepare a list for the Annual Meeting in April.

Madeline Daugherty Committee:   The dates of March 27th, April 3rd and April 10th were discussed for the Madeline Daugherty Easter Party. Shari or Tammy will get back to Sandie when they decide on a definite date.
   It was agreed that the Madeline Daugherty Committee could store party decorations in the basement.

Board Vacancy:   It was agreed that the Board would wait until reelections in April to fill the vacant Board position.

February Meeting:   It was decided that there would be no Board Meeting in February.

A Melissa Cobb/Grzella/Pastor Rick Stackhouse motion was passed to adjourn at 9:00 PM.

Next meeting date will be March 9, 2004 at 7:00 PM.
