  DRAFT Annual Meeting Minutes
  April 22, 2003
  
  Attending: (see list on file).
  
  The meeting was opened at 7:30pm by Laura Blain. 
  
  All present introduced themselves, Laura gave an overview of the
  accomplishments of the past year,  and then introduced the interim board
  and potential board candidates.
  
  Copies of bylaws were distributed, final revisions were discussed and
  made by consensus.
  
  Before voting, Laura explained that the terms of board members elected
  tonight will be set at next board meeting to stagger, 3 each for a 3 year
  term, 2 year term, and 1 year term.
  
  Vote: Ballots were distributed, Cathy Stackhouse and Anna King tallied
  the votes.
  
       Bylaws: This evening's revised 4/22/03 version of bylaws was
       approved by vote of 30 in favor, (2 opposed).  Approved version
       attached.
  
       Board: Full slate as listed (Shari Whipple, Tammy
       Vanderpool, Rev. Rick Stackhouse, Donald Roach, Edward
       Knapp, RoseMarie Grzincic, Cathy Cook, Melissa Cobb,
       Laura Blain) was voted in by 31 votes. (1 addn'l vote each for:
       Shari Whipple, Tammy Vanderpool, Rev. Stackhouse, Cathy
       Cook, Melissa Cobb, Andy Bishop, Ron Rogers, Mary Ellen Estes,
       and Archie Kyle.)
  
       Audit Committee: Libby King and Mike Galacci accepted the
       committee appointment, receiving 29 votes each.   
  
  Refreshments were provided (with thanks to Marilyn Daugherty for the
  coffee!), and the meeting was adjourned at 9pm.
       
  Next Meeting: Will be TUESDAY, May 13, at 7:30 pm.
